Excel project for the coeff of static friction (GY): Enter the acceleration or force values on the Y axis obtained from the graphs of each experiment. (GZ) :  Enter the corresponding Z-axis values obtained from the graphs. tangent:GY/GZ A in radians: =ATAN( ) A in degrees: =DEGREES( ) U STATIC: same value of tangent

excel2: Angles with phyphox To experimentally determine the tilt or inclination angles of an object using our smartphone sensors, the Phyphox  app is a very good tool. By utilizing the built-in accelerometer sensor, we can accurately record the gravity components across the Y -axis ( gY ) and Z -axis ( gZ) . Data Table MEASURING ANGLES : The identifier for each individual test or measurement taken. gY : The acceleration value along the Y-axis extracted from the Phyphox app. gZ : The acceleration value along the Z-axis extracted from the Phyphox app. gY/gZ : The mathematical ratio between both components. ARC TANG: The arctangent of the previous ratio (resulting in radians). ANGLE: The final calculated angle converted into sexagesimal degrees. REAL ANGLE : The actual physical angle measured with a manual protractor or analog reference tool. ERROR: The absolute difference between your calculated angle and the real reference angle. %ERROR : The percentage deviation ...

Excel First, you need to define three main values: w (frequency) which controls how fast the wave moves, ΓΈ (phase) which sets the starting point, and A (amplitude) which determines how high and low the wave goes. In my example, we used 100 , 34.4 , and 311 . ¿how to calculate? 1.For the third column multiply the frequency by time and then for the next add the phase.  2.Convert that result into radians. 3.Apply the Sine function and then multiply it by your Amplitude.

Mosaic of portraits   I used GIMP to develop this project. The first step was to create a 3500 x 2400 pixel file. Next, I created a slightly larger square of a different color on a lower layer to act as a background. Finally, I added a filmstrip element, inserted photos of my classmates, and enhanced them with various visual effects.

Ercilla Museum In this project, we had to create an art museum using photos of our school. The first step was getting the photos of our center, which our teacher shared with us via Google Drive. Then, we searched the internet for artworks that would look good. After that, I opened the photo of the school as a layer in GIMP and added a transparent mask. Using the lasso tool (key F ), I removed the glass from the door and added a painting on a lower layer so it would appear behind the door. For the other paintings, I used the perspective tool to make them fit the environment. What can be learned with this project? -  How to add a mask to a layer. - Improving and understanding how the perspective tool works. - Learning how to use the lasso tool.

Gimp 004: Grey Scale with coloured detail 1 Duplicate the layer :  Open your image in GIMP.In the Layers panel (right), right-click on the image and select Duplicate Layer. 2 Convert to Black and White : Select the top layer.  Go to the Colors menu and convert the image to gray  3 Add a Layer Mask :  Right-click on that gray layer and select Add Layer Mask.Choose the White option (full opacity) and click Add.  4 Paint the color back :  Select the Brush tool (P key).Make sure the foreground color is black.Start painting over the dress. You'll see that when you paint black over the mask, the gray layer becomes "transparent," revealing the red underneath.

photomontage In this project we have to do a montage using the program Gimp and a picture of a landscape with a nice sky and some pictures of animals or birds.   The original picture requirements: -           Good Resolution for the background photo (lake) -           Daylight -           Landscape orientation -           Nice sky to improve the take -           Some birds to enhance the photo -           You can use your own photos, download from the Internet or from  this folder Final picture requirements: -           Resolution greater than 1 Mpx -           Clean effects -...
