The problem: I have opened an email sent by a friend and clicked on a link that looked legitimate and harmless. Once i opened the attachment, it automatically downloads software to my computer. I do not know what has happened and how to fix it




Dont log in into any web or bank


If you have a webcam,cover it


If you have an antivirus,activate it


Also activate a malware scanner,and follow the intructions that it gives to you.


Unistall any app or archive that you don´t recognise
